Inside the %systemroot%\boot directory are several directories named using language-abbreviations such as "en-US", "fr-FR", "ru-RU", and "zh-HK", and so on. Inside each directory are two files: "bootmgr.exe.mui" and "memtest.exe.mui". Am I missing something?

Right now, it would be more work for me to go out and buy or download Windows 7 with a valid Product-Key and then reinstall it and then copy all of my files over. Of course, that would be my last resort. If I can transfer my old Harddrive over to my new one and preserve it, I definitely will.
